Delivery & Returns 

DELIVERY 

All items are send via Royal Mail 2nd class Packet Post where delivery should take Three to Five working days. This will cost £1.99 per item. 
 
Typically, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note this excludes orders received on weekends. 
 
We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom (for this purpose, this includes the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands), except by special arrangement. Please contact us for more details. 
 

RETURNS - FAULTY ITEMS 

If an item is found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase then we offer you the choice of a replacement (subject to sufficient stock) or refund. Please follow the below procedure: 
 
Contact Radflek and we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem. There have been cases in the past where customers have returned items which aren’t faulty. This typically results in return delivery costs being met by the customer. 
Ensure you have been issued with a returns number from Radflek prior to returning any item. You can get a returns number by emailing info@radflek.com. If you do not obtain a returns number prior to sending the item back then we may not know what to do with it, which could cause you a delay and subsequent return of the item to you. 
 
The item should be returned in its original packaging along with all items of documentation, accessories and paraphernalia. 
 
Ensure that the item is suitably packaged. Radflek cannot be held liable for any damage to the product whilst in transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (if using Royal Mail) as this provides a limited amount of compensation. 
 
On return the item will be tested. The testing will usually take place within twenty four hours. 
 
If the item is found to be faulty we will send out a refund or replacement item (subject to sufficient stock), dependent on the customer instructions. Radflek will also refund your return postage costs in this event. 
 
However, if the item is found not to be faulty, the customers return postage costs will not be met by Radflek. Also, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of returning the item back to them (at standard Royal Mail postage rates). 
 
PLEASE NOTE that when returning an item you must use either Royal Mail second class or standard parcels (for heavier items) delivery methods. If you choose to use another method of delivery (such as Royal Mail first class), Radflek will still refund the cost of sending those items but will use the pricing associated with sending the item using either Royal Mail second class or Royal Mail standard parcel (exclusive of insurance). 

LOST ITEMS 

If an item has not been delivered within 14 days of the date of posting, please let us know by telephone on +44 (0) 20 7828 8085 during normal office hours or by email at info@radflek.com and we will dispatch a replacement item (unless the delivery failure is due to an invalid or incorrect address having been provided). 
 

RETURNS - UNWANTED ITEMS 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order without any reason within certain time periods for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. 
 
To cancel your order prior to dispatch telephone +44 (0) 20 7828 8085 during normal office hours and ask for the order to be cancelled or email us at info@radflek.com with "Cancel Order" in the email subject box and with details of the order number and your name, address and purchased product details in the main body of the email. 
 
You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product, by sending a notice of cancellation by emailing us at info@radflek.com with "Cancel Order" in the email subject box and with details of the order number and your name, address and purchased product details in the main body of the email.

Once Radflek receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your order, any sum debited to Radflek from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Radflek in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Radflek.
